Reporting to the deputy director of the IT department, I have a double role concerned by the following two areas:
Missions as an Agile Coach & Scrum Master :
– Support the organisation and teams in their adoption of Scrum
– Plan Scrum implementations in the organisation
– Help employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum and
empirical product development
– Cause changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team and the teams as a whole
– Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the effectiveness of the use of Scrum in the organisation, develop a network, build connections within our Group.
– Orchestration of the CORE team – Devops
– Preparing the ecosystem for the SAFE transition
Missions as a Transformation Manager :
– Chairing the Agile community made up of 7 employees (Scrum Masters) who manage a dozen Feature Teams in our IT ecosystem
– Definition and evangelisation of cross-functional processes and methods (JIRA Migration, Prioritisation, Test Strategies…)
– Organisation and facilitation of cross-functional learning on agile best practices
– Organisational overhaul and coaching of teams (Datas, testing, etc.)
– Leading work with the stakeholders on transformation programs (Reporting, Coaching of management and stakeholders…)
– Leading organisational initiatives with the deputy CIO
– Evaluate the recruitments concerned by the scope
